We just had our central air replaced by Vaughan's. We've been customers for years and wouldn't use anybody else. Their staff is always competent and courteous, with good communication. Sales rep Tony Pelligrino provided expert guidance. It wasn't an easy job but the team of David, AJ, and Doris knocked it out in one day!

I worked with Tom to diagnose a tough plumbing issue and come up with a plan. I was quoted in short order and Jules came by the very next day to do the water heater removal and install, along with installing a sediment filter to my well water system. Excellent pros with super customer service as well - great working with them.

The staff was professional, well prepared, courteous, and punctual. The communication was excellent, we knew when they were arriving and how they were progressing through the installation of our new residential HVAC system. The installation is clean and tidy. All plumbing and wiring is dressed in neatly and secured. I would highly recommend.
